I use an integrative approach to individualize therapy, utilizing practices in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Embodied Recovery, DBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Ecotherapy.
Practice & Location
I am currently accepting new clients interested in teletherapy, office & outdoor sessions.
My office is located in downtown Apex, NC.
I practice and meet with clients on the ancestral, contemporary and stolen lands of the Skaruhreh/Tuscarora, Lumbee and Mánu: Yį Įsuwą (Catawba) People and acknowledge the importance of my role as an ally to educate others and advocate for the people of indigenous culture of this region.
