We use an integrative approach to therapy with our clients, utilizing practices in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, Somatic, DBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems and Ecotherapy.

Our office is located in downtown Apex, NC.

We practice and meet with clients on the ancestral, contemporary and stolen lands of the Skaruhreh/Tuscarora, Lumbee and Mánu: Yį Įsuwą (Catawba) People and acknowledge the importance of our role as an ally to educate others and advocate for the people of indigenous culture of this region.
