Weaving Willows - New Therapists & Associates Supervision Group
The mission of Weaving Willows is to create a safe and affirming space for new therapists to connect with other associate level practitioners, feel supported in a non-judgmental container, and share/learn through clinical case exploration.

This group is open for Associate level therapists (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LPA).

LCSWAs can attend the group for clinical group hours.

Group, at this time, is offered virtually over zoom and open for all new therapists across NC.

Practices and frameworks most likely discussed, but not restricted to: Somatic frameworks, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders, polyvagal, EcoSomatics & Ecotherapy, IFS, DBT, Mindfulness, Work that Reconnects, and attachment work.

Supervisor's experience includes working with high school aged folx & adults, attachment and relational rupture, nourishment intake issues (eating disorders) and body disconnection/distress, compound trauma and stress, neuro-expansive/inclusive, identity and sexuality exploration, queer & trans folx, climate grief, emotional and sensory sensitivity, relationships, loneliness, people pleasing, burnout, pregnancy and parenting.

The group will have a social justice, ethical, anti-capitalist, decolonizing, environmental, relational, compassionate and fat positive/health at every size lens.
Group will be held on the first Monday of every month starting February 2nd 2026 from 12:00p - 1:30p.

Splinters: Navigating Parts Work in Couples

Group Details:
Each group will include psychoeducation on parts activated during conflict, as well as strategies to recognize when the activation occurs and how to navigate it.

Open to 3 couples.

First session will be an overview, and each following session will be a deeper dive into specific parts/strategies.

Couples will have the opportunity, in small break-out sessions, to practice identifying different parts, as well as implementing new strategies for communication.

Modalities used include Parts Work, Imago Dialogue, EFFT and DBT.

Meeting four Thursday evenings from 6-7:30p; July 16th, July 23rd, July 30th, and August 6th.

$80 per couple, per group OR $280 up-front
A little about Christina:
CLH is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing since 2004. Throughout her career, she has developed strategies to help couples and families navigate not only challenging circumstances, but also the everyday struggles that can build and create tension in a relationship. CLH is originally from NY, and has lived in NC since 2017. She is currently in private practice. She is married with two teenage children and a very opinionated cat.
